Furst Charge Network

The Furst Charge Network is our smart EV charging management platform, designed to give site hosts complete visibility and control over their charging operations. From one dashboard, property owners and operators can view charger status, track utilization, monitor energy use, manage user access, adjust pricing, and review real-time performance data.

Our platform provides remote diagnostics and reset capability, helping our support team identify and resolve many issues without waiting for an on-site visit. Smart load management helps balance available power across chargers, optimize energy use, reduce unnecessary demand costs, and support efficient site expansion. The platform is built to scale with your needs—from a small workplace installation to a multi-site public charging network.

Fast, Flexible Charging Hardware

Furst Charge offers a full range of Level 2 and DC fast-charging solutions to fit the way your customers, tenants, employees, guests, or fleets use your site. Our DC fast chargers range from compact units to ultra-fast systems delivering up to 480 kW, designed for public parking, retail centers, charging hubs, fleets, and high-traffic commercial locations. The Furst A Series supports dual-outlet charging, high-efficiency power modules, intuitive touchscreen controls, integrated cable management, and optional liquid- or air-cooled high-power charging cables.

For sites with limited electrical capacity or a need to manage peak demand, Furst Charge can deploy energy-storage-integrated charging solutions. Our FurstNet and FurstLink systems combine lithium-ion battery energy storage with local or remote energy-management capabilities. This technology can help reduce grid input requirements, support peak shaving, improve energy flexibility, and enable high-power charging where a traditional utility upgrade may be costly or time-consuming.

Open, Connected, and Future-Ready

Furst Charge technology is built around open standards and flexible connectivity. Our platform supports OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0.1, as well as OCPI 2.2.1 and OpenADR 2.0b integrations, helping protect your investment by allowing compatible hardware and network interoperability. Chargers can connect through 4G LTE, Wi‑Fi, or Ethernet and can receive secure over-the-air updates, remote configurations, and diagnostics.

We support multiple charging connectors, including J1772, CCS1, and CHAdeMO, depending on the equipment and site requirements. Drivers can start and pay for charging through the Furst Charge Driver App, QR code, RFID card, private access code, web/mobile authorization, or credit card terminal where installed. The platform supports major payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Furst Charge makes it easy for drivers to locate, access, reserve, pay for, and manage charging sessions. Our stations can be made discoverable through the Furst Charge app and leading navigation and charging platforms, including Apple Maps, Google Maps, ChargeHub, Hubject, PlugShare, and WEX. Drivers can reserve charging sessions where enabled, access stations without downloading an app, and use flexible payment options that fit their needs.

For owners and operators, the technology provides advanced access and pricing controls. Set public, private, employee, resident, guest, or fleet access rules; establish time-based pricing; create user groups; and control when stations are available. Real-time analytics make it easier to understand charging demand, energy consumption, revenue, utilization patterns, and opportunities for expansion.
